Security Deposit Notice: A $500 security deposit is required for all boat rentals, as well as for the Brick House, Cottage, and Special Events Center and will be collected the day of arrival.
For boat rentals, the deposit will be fully refunded after the boat is returned and passes inspection by Carolina Marina staff.
For the Brick House, Cottage, and Special Events Center, the deposit will be fully refunded after your event or stay, once the facility has been inspected by Carolina Marina staff.
Occupancy and Events Policy For the Brick House and the Cottage, parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Occupancy is limited to a maximum of 15 persons at any time. If more than 15 individuals are observed on the premises, or if a party or unauthorized event is held, Carolina Marina reserves the right to withhold all or part of the security deposit at its sole discretion to cover potential damages, disturbances, or violations of this agreement. This policy is strictly enforced to preserve the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all guests and the surrounding community.
